By accessing and using LocalConnect Pro, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update them from time to time; your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. By using LocalConnect Pro, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You sign in using Google. You may verify your phone number to unlock certain features, such as creating a card.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your access secure.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you publish — your card details, photos, logos, and comments. By publishing it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content as part of operating the service, including showing your card publicly. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish the content and that it is accurate and not misleading.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Infringe any intellectual property or other rights.
• Post spam or unsolicited promotional material.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or post false information.
• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service.

6. Public Business Cards

Business cards are public and may be indexed by search engines. Do not publish another person’s personal information without their consent.

7. Service Availability & Disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that harm the service or other users. You may delete your account at any time; on deletion it is deactivated immediately and permanently purged after a short recovery period.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
